    項(xiang)目擬投資62億元(yuan)，采(cai)用(yong)回轉(zhuan)窖--礦熱爐(lu)（RKEF法(fa)）+轉(zhuan)爐(lu)精煉(lian)與帶式焙燒機(ji)球團工(gong)藝(yi)，實施鎳(nie)、鉻金屬產(chan)品(pin)生產(chan)及延伸不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)綜合建設項(xiang)目。全部(bu)工(gong)程計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)用(yong)4年時間分二(er)期(qi)建設，項(xiang)目建成后年產(chan)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)優質基(ji)料100萬噸。第一期(qi)工(gong)程于2012年底(di)完工(gong)投產(chan)。第二(er)期(qi)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)連(lian)鑄坯生產(chan)線，計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)于2014年底(di)完成。

Inner Mongolia Shuofeng Industries Co.Ltd., is located in the Fluorine Chemical Industries Park of Fengzhen City. It was established in year 2011. Total area is about 1800 acres. 30 kilometers away from Datong, Shan’xi, 10 kilometers ways from to Er’Guang Highway, and 15 kilometers to train station. Superior location and strong regional advantages.

Shuofeng Industries was set up by experienced entrepreneurs who have been working in Nickel and Chromium Ferroalloy processing and management industry for many years. Company owns domestic and international leading equipments and production technology, and with advanced business concept and enrich management experience. It has promoted local resources and energy optimization and integration.

The factory has planned to invest 6.2 billion for project development. Using the technology of Rotary kiln, electric furnace, oxygen blowing refining and belt mode roaster pelletizing, for nickel and Chromium ferroalloy production, extending to stainless steel comprehensive construction project. Whole projects will take about 4 years to finish completely,and it is divided into two stages. After completion, its annual production of stainless steel superior basis materials would be about one million tons. Project’s 1^st stage has been finished in the end of 2012 and put into production. And 2^nd stage’s stainless steel casting production lines will be finished by the end of 2014.
